Refunds and Returns Policy

At Alpha Gaming Chairs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product for a refund or exchange according to the guidelines below.

1. Return and Refund Conditions

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Products that have been assembled or installed

2. Initiating a Return

2.1 Return Request

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at yhanranztravel1@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.

2.2 Packaging and Shipping

  • Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Inspection and Approval

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.

3.2 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

3.3 Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned items unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

4. Exchanges

4.1 Eligibility for Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or color, please contact our customer support team at yhanranztravel1@gmail.com to confirm availability.

4.2 Exchange Process

  • Follow the return process to initiate the exchange.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement product to you. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged product unless the exchange is due to a defect or our error.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

5.1 Reporting Damages

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at yhanranztravel1@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
